Terms of service
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Blue ALizé Ltd shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to personal reasons, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, illness, or other personal circumstances.
If the client cannot come on the scheduled activity date, he/she has the choice to re-book (depending on availability) or cancel the activity. In any way, the following may apply:
FIT (1-14PAX)
Re-booking or cancellation at least 24hrs before the booked services are due to perform with no penalty fee, where the re-booking or cancellation is made by an email sent to the company on the email address: resa1@bluealize.mu or by phone.
Cancellation at least 12hrs before the booked services are due to perform with 50% cancellation fee of the price of the services booked, where the cancellation is made by an email sent to the company on the email address: resa1@bluealize.mu or by phone.
Cancellation less than 12hrs before the booked services are due to perform with 100% cancellation fee of the price of the services booked, where the cancellation is made by an email sent to the company on the email address: resa1@bluealize.mu or by phone.
Re-booking at least 12hrs before the booked services are due to perform with 30% re-booking fee of the price of the services booked, where the re-booking is made by an email sent to the company on the email address: resa1@bluealize.mu or by phone.
Re-booking less than 12hrs before the booked services are due to perform with 50% re-booking fee of the price of the services booked, where the re-booking is made by by an email sent to the company on the email address: resa1@bluealize.mu or by phone.
FOR GROUP (15+ PAX)
Any cancellation for booking of more than 15 PAX may result in:
No penalty fee, provided that a cancellation email is sent to resa1@bluealize.com or by phone 7 days before booked activity.
A 50% charge, shall be applied if cancellation is made within 72 hours before booked activity by sending a cancellation email to resa1@bluealize.com or by phone.
A 100% charge, shall be applied if cancellation is made less than 72 hours before booked activity by sending a cancellation email to resa1@bluealize.com or by phone.
NO SHOW OR NO PROOF OF CANCELLATION OR RE-BOOKING
100% cancellation fee of the price of the services booked is applied, where an end client does not present himself at the designated rendez-vous place at the designated rendez-vous time.

CANCELLATION BY BLUE ALIZE LTD
Should the services be cancelled by Blue Alize Ltd following a technical issue or unfavorable weather conditions, the client will be offered to re-book at no additional cost. Optionally the client will be refunded 100% of the price of the booked services
Blue Alizé Ltd reserves the right to postpone any trip as a result of unfavorable weather conditions. No compensation shall be due to you as a result of such postponement.
RE-ROUTING BY BLUE ALIZE LTD DUE TO BAD WEATHER (BEFORE EMBARKATION)
Re-booking
If a client does not accept the alternative route which is offered by the supplier of the services within 24 hours before the booked services, the client will have the choice to rebook at any cost.Cancellation
If a client does not accept the alternative route which is offered by the supplier of the services within 24 hours before the booked services, the client will be refunded 100% of the price of the booked services.
RE-OUTING BY BLUE ALIZE LTD DUE TO BAD WEATHER (AFTER EMBARKATION)
Blue Alizé Ltd reserves the right to amend any trip as a result of unfavorable weather conditlons for client's safety (rough or Impassable pass). No compensation/No refund shall be due to you as a result of such re-routing.
FORCE MAJEURE
Blue Alizé Ltd shall not be liable in case of any force majeure, including but not limited to war, threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or any other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, adverse weather, sea and river conditions and all similar events.

By booking an activity with Blue Alize Ltd, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted our Terms of Service.
